2887++ new condo units are coming to Yorkville within the next 4 years. There are 6 large developments under construction right now and many more developers have submitted applications for new developments to the city of Toronto. The most iconic Toronto neighborhood is changing and getting more crowded every year.

Do you think Yorkville will lose its charm once all these condo towers are built?

𝟴 𝗖𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 at the corner of Yonge and Cumberland is a 51 stories and 399 units tower, a development by Great Gulf. It is scheduled for completion in 2023.

𝟭 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 - 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗘 by Mizrahi Developments. 85 Stories, 416 units tower at Yonge and Bloor is one of the most iconic and luxurious residential condos in Canada. It is scheduled to be completed in 2024.

𝟱𝟬 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗱 by Lanterra Developments is also one of the most luxurious condos in Canada. It is located at Bay and Scollard, just right next to Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. It is 41 stories and 133 Units building scheduled to be completed in 2024.

𝟳𝟳𝟭 𝗬𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 - 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘀 by Menkes Developments. Only 26 stories, 202 units condo is scheduled to be completed in 2025.

𝟭𝟭 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 by Metropia, RioCan, and Capital Developments is located on Yorkville Avenue and is scheduled to be completed in 2025. It’s 62 stories, 593 units condo building with retail space on the ground floor.

𝟯𝟯 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗲 - The Pemberton by Pemberton Group is located right in front of the Four Seasons hotel and residences. It is 68 stories, 1144 units condo scheduled to be completed in 2027.

𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘆 is 18 km long and is elevated for almost 7 km, making it not only Toronto but Ontario’s longest bridge. It partially runs through downtown Toronto. The views always get a lot of attention, especially from occasional drivers.

You pass by not only high-rise buildings but also the most iconic Toronto landmarks, such as CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Harbourfront, Billy Bishop Airport, and some others.

But there is a problem...

The condition of the 7 km elevated expressway has deteriorated over its 50+ years. Extensive repairs became necessary in the early 90s due to falling concrete.

20 years ago the city voted to completely demolish the elevated section. But later decided to rehabilitate and keep the entire Expressway in a safe and operable condition, now and in the future.

I got this idea of the orange wine-tasting event while traveling in Croatia in 2021, and finally made it happen. Wine brings people together and an event like this is the perfect place to network and meet new people in a welcoming atmosphere while learning something new or 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯.
