I always listen to my clients because they know exactly what they want—whether it’s the right time to move or wait, to sell now or later. My role is to guide them, help them clarify their decision, and support them through the process, but never to make the choice for them.

Recently, I overheard someone say, “My agent told me not to sell now.” That surprised me. The market constantly fluctuates, and the key principle is to buy and sell within the same market. I’ve known people who sold their homes years ago, expecting the market to crash so they could buy back at a lower price. That day never came. After waiting for years, they found themselves priced out, unable to buy again.

Unless you’re an investor prioritizing money over happiness, the best decision is often to move when it feels right. Because, at the end of the day, this is about more than numbers—it’s about your home, your happiness, and your life. People quickly forget the extra money they spent, but they never forget the sense of achievement, the change they embraced, and the joy they experienced.
