New Condos in Yorkville 2023

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯

Yorkville is changing!

Do you know that 2887++ new condo units are coming to Yorkville within the next 4 years? There are 6 large developments under construction right now in the heart of Yorkville plus many more developers have submitted applications for new developments to the city of Toronto. The most iconic Toronto neighborhood is changing and getting more crowded every year.

Do you think Yorkville will lose its charm once all these condo towers are built? Let’s take a look at currently under-construction condos in Yorkville on a cold February day (watch the video above)! Despite the cold winter in Toronto, builders are restlessly working every day.

New Condos on Yonge Street

𝟴 𝗖𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 at the corner of Yonge and Cumberland is a 51 stories and 399 units tower, a development by Great Gulf. According to the builder, it is scheduled for completion in 2023.

𝟭 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 – 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗘 by Mizrahi Developments. 85 Stories, 416 units tower at Yonge and Bloor is one of the most iconic and luxurious residential condos in Canada. It is scheduled to be completed in 2024, however, the structure of the building is very complicated and it may take longer to complete it.

𝟳𝟳𝟭 𝗬𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 – 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘀 by Menkes Developments. Only 26 stories, 202 units condo is scheduled to be completed in 2025. Even though this condo building is on the East side of Yonge Street and technically (according to maps) belongs to the Rosedale neighborhood, it is still considered Yorkville.

New to Bay Street

𝟱𝟬 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗱 by Lanterra Developments is also one of the most luxurious condos in Canada. It is located at the corner of Bay and Scollard, just right next to Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. It is 41 stories and 133 Units building scheduled to be completed in 2024. Unlike many other developers, Lanterra Developments most of the time is on schedule to complete their developments.

A lot of happening on Yorkville Avenue

𝟭𝟭 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 by Metropia, RioCan, and Capital Developments is located on Yorkville Avenue and is scheduled to be completed in 2025. It’s 62 stories, 593 units condo building with retail space on the ground floor. The 4 new buildings on the South side of Yorkville Avenue between Yonge Street and Bay Street will completely change Yorkville’s skyline.

𝟯𝟯 𝗬𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘃𝗲 – The Pemberton by Pemberton Group is located right in front of the Four Seasons hotel and residences. It is 68 stories, 1144 units condo scheduled to be completed in 2027. It is one of the 4 buildings on Yorkville Avenue. The Pemberton is the largest development in Yorkville so far.
